NCS GLOBAL is looking for an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive with experience in Australian accounting practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB. This role involves managing year-end accounting, preparing tax returns, handling reconciliations, and supporting financial processes for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finalisation of Year End Accounting.
2. Preparation and Review of Tax Returns (Companies, Trust, Partnerships and Individuals).
3. Maintenance of Depreciation Schedules & Asset Registers, BAS, Payroll, Superannuation, Annual Accounts & Tax.
4.



Preparing weekly and monthly reports. ︎
5. Assisting in processing Balance sheet, income statements and other financial statements. ︎
6. Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliation. ︎
7.Bank reconciliation and payment collection. ︎

Qualification:

1. Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
2. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Myob).
3. Strong communication skills.
4. 2+ Years in accounting or relevant field.
