Requirement -
1.Must have an experience of managing a Team.
2. Must have an experience to have reviews and encourage assigned team to meet organizational goals.
3. Responsible for staff retention for a long time.
4. Collection experience candidate will be preferred.
5. Candidate must be Graduate along with good communication skills.
6. Should have worked in Auto Dialer.
7. Should know about Tracing, Attrition, Shrinkage
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
