Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and creative Web Designing / Creative Designer Team Leader who can effectively manage the design team, oversee creative execution, and ensure high-quality design deliverables for websites, branding, and marketing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite,



website designing, creative planning, and team coordination. The candidate should also possess strong visualization and creative thinking skills to ensure modern and user-friendly designs.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Web Designing / Creative Team efficiently
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and UI/UX concepts
- Work extensively on Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and related tools
- Create website wireframes, mockups, banners, and branding creatives
- Coordinate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs
- Ensure quality standards and consistency across all creative deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and branding ideas
- Understand client design requirements and deliver creative solutions accordingly
- Guide junior designers and provide mentorship for quality improvement
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Video editing knowledge will be considered an added advantage

Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite & UI/UX Designing
- Team handling experience preferred
- Creative mindset with strong visualization skills
- Knowledge of website design planning and branding concepts
- Video editing expertise will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
