Job Summary

Active Freight Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Documentation Executive to support import and export documentation processes. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and maintain import and export shipping documents.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with the operations team for document processing and shipment status.
- Maintain records of shipping and customs-related documents.
- Assist in preparing invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other required documents.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve documentation-related issues.
- Organize and update physical and digital records.
- Support day-to-day documentation activities and administrative tasks.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn logistics, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of import/export documentation is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Team player with good coordination skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
