Core Responsibilities:

- End-to-end accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
- Manage the General Ledger and oversee Chart of Accounts mapping and financial reporting.
- Handle end-to-end statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, and Labour Laws.
- Utilize TallyPrime for day-to-day accounting operations.
- Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports using Advanced Excel.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline financial processes.
- Payroll processing & compliance
- Financial reporting (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Month-end & year-end closures
- Supporting audits and regulatory complianceWho We Are Looking For:

- Education:



B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on accounting experience (Experience in the Construction Industry is Preferred).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in TallyPrime and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
- Languages: Qualified proficiency in Tamil and English.
