Position

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to middle school students (Classes VI–X) following the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in Hindi.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and learning resources.
- Foster appreciation for Hindi literature, poetry, and culture through innovative teaching methods.
- Encourage participation in debates, recitations, storytelling, and other literary activities.
- Manage classroom discipline while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students' overall development.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, workshops,



and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/State TET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
