Responsibilities:

- - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

- - Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.

- - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- - Maintain an applicant tracking system and update candidate databases regularly.

- - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- - Support onboarding activities and documentation.

- - Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

- - Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.

Requirements and skills :

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- - Robust interest in recruitment and HR processes.

- - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- - Prior experience in IT hiring, BPO hiring, or recruitment consultancy is preferred.

- - Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., is an advantage.





- - Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
