Key Responsibilities

1. Quantity Take-Off and Budgeting

- Extract and verify quantities of work and materials from GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings.
- Populate and update data in the Budget & BOQ Master Sheet for cost control and forecasting.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to validate quantities and resolve discrepancies.

2. Contractor Billing and Certification

- Review and certify contractor invoices based on actual work done and measurement sheets approved by site engineers.
- Examine and validate Reconciliation Statements for materials and quantities; identify discrepancies and recommend recoveries as applicable.
- Facilitate preparation of Debit/Credit Notes and deductions for processing contractor invoices.

3. Bill Preparation and System Entries

- Prepare Running Account (R/A) Bills for contractors unable to prepare their own




- Enter and verify work done data in the SAP system on a fortnightly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Record and cross-check invoice data in the Internal Tracking System for payment processing as per the billing and contract cycle.

4. Reporting and Reconciliation

- Review material and financial reconciliation reports and monitor inventory usage versus BOQ estimates.
- Maintain and update the Billing & Work Done Tracker on a unit-wise basis to ensure real-time monitoring of project progress and billing status.
- Verify and check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for correctness and compliance with design drawings.

Qualification - B.Tech / B.E - Civil Engineer

Experience(years) - 8 to 12 Years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
