Position Summary

The Corporate Head – Human Resources will lead the company's overall HR strategy and operations across all restaurant locations and the corporate office. The role is responsible for building a high-performing workforce, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Qualifications

 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

 Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industry is preferred.

 Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

 Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
