We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to develop and expand our market presence in the following districts:

Kancheepuram

Tiruvallur

Vellore

Chengalpattu

Position: Sales Manager – Agricultural Inputs

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop sales of Axiogen Biotech products within the assigned district Appoint and manage dealers, distributors and retailers Build strong relationships with agricultural input dealers and channel partners Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings Promote biofertilizers, organic fertilizers and biostimulants Identify current business opportunities and expand district-wise market coverage Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Coordinate product demonstrations and farmer awareness activities Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends Ensure timely follow-up of orders and collections

Candidate Profile





- Experience in agricultural input sales is preferred Candidates with experience in fertilizers, biofertilizers, biostimulants, pesticides, seeds or agrochemicals will be given preference Strong local dealer and distributor network is an advantage Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district Candidates preferably based in or near the assigned district Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Preferred Experience

2–8 years in agricultural input sales or a related field

Qualification

B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / B.Sc. / MBA / Any Degree with relevant agricultural sales experience
