Job Title: TPA Head

Location: Dadri, Greater Noida

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the TPA department, ensuring efficient and effective management of health insurance claims, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the TPA department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of health insurance claims.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of claims processors and customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

- Claims Processing: Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and address any escalations or discrepancies.

- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.

- Reporting:



Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, including key metrics and trends, and present findings to senior management.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including underwriting, finance, and IT, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in health insurance, claims processing, or TPA management. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies and claims processes

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
