Position: Manager – F&A;

Responsibilities :

 Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Finance & Accounting

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

 Ensure corporate compliances

 Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

 Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

 Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.

Taxation & Compliance

 Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

 Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory submissions.

 Liaise with government authorities and consultants on tax matters.

 Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary controls.





Internal Controls & Audit

 Develop and implement financial controls and SOPs.

 Conduct periodic reviews of inventory, procurement, and operational controls.

 Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

 Support ERP implementation and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant (CA).

 5 to 10 years of experience as per the above JD

 Strong knowledge of all statutory compliances and reporting requirements

 Proficiency in SAP systems

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
