We are looking for a passionate and self-driven MERN Stack Developer with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating effectively, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and software quality.

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.

- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

- Follow coding standards, version control, and development best practices.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and React component architecture.





- Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

- Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Basic knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms, or Docker is an advantage.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms for requirement analysis, planning, coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and learning.

- Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
