Designation: Property/Facility management.

Experience: 12+ Years.

Industry: Entertainment / Media / Production

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Key Requirements:

Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred)

Experience in a Project Head or similar technical leadership role

Solid knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems

Ability to lead and manage the technical team, including engineers and MEP staff

Hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of corporate offices, studios, production spaces, and related facilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG sets, elevators, and utilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene,



and workplace aesthetics.

Vendor & Contract Management

- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with facility service providers and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure timely service delivery.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards.

Health, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and local municipal requirements.
- Coordinate safety audits, emergency preparedness drills, and risk assessments.
- Maintain all statutory licenses, certifications, and documentation.
