About the Role

Codeone Technology is looking for a motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance our business productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical implementations on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development: Design, code, and implement high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Configuration: Manage Salesforce configuration tasks, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Integration: Assist in building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform data migrations, and ensure system performance is optimized.

Collaboration: Work alongside business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce coding standards, security protocols, and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce development.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Aura Components.

Proficiency in Salesforce administration (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).

Understanding of the Salesforce data model and SOQL/SOSL.

Tools: Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Copado, Jenkins, or Gearset) and version control systems like Git.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent skilled experience).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.

Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
