Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location: Bhopal (M.P.)

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Manufacturing/Industrial experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.

Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank, and journal entries.

Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.

Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Process vendor payments and customer account reconciliations.

Monitor receivables and payables.

Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities.

Maintain fixed asset records and statutory registers.

Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.





Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com/M.Com preferred.

CA Inter or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
