- The nurses need to develop relationships with the elderly adults to help promote a positive health atmosphere.
- Responsible for the total care of the residents by initiating treatment plans, administering medicine line-up OPD s accordingly.
- They are responsible for taking the vital signs of the patient such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, oxygen level, and respiration for medical filing on daily basis.
- Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for single critical patients.
- Responsible for interacting with the patient s family by reporting any changes in the patients health or living situation.
- Engage elderly adults into various wellness activities.
- Training grooming of caregivers on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.
What are we looking for
- If you are a Nurse having relevant work experience of 2 to 5 years with active listening skills empathy.
- If you have the ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
- Believe in excellence and taking action quickly,
- Solid written and verbal abilities in Tamil and English.
