Job Summary

Staff Writers at TechnoFizi are passionate, knowledgeable professionals with deep understanding of a topic area, and a love of consumer tech and gadgetry. This is a fast-paced job in a fast-paced industry: First and foremost, a staff writer finds and writes multiple news stories every day, develops long-form features and articles, and creates pointed opinion pieces to ensure TechnoFizi place as a thought leader. Staff writers also ensure timely, comprehensive coverage of key products, including reviews, videos, how-to pieces, and more.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Find and write multiple short news stories per day.
- Ensure coverage of key products through reviews, videos, how-tos and more.
- Develop long-form features and articles, and create pointed opinion pieces.
- Fact-check articles and aid in production in WordPress publishing platform.
- Identify opportunities for original long-form stories and execute accordingly.

Qualifications/Skills





- Excellent writing skills; able to write in a style that is engaging to the core audience.
- Experience working with web content management systems (WordPress preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- One who’s passionate about trying new apps, software, technology, etc.
- Good in learning and explaining things.
- Should have a knack for problem solving.
- Comfortable working with HTML.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Photography/videography skills a plus.
- Broad knowledge of the current tech landscape is a necessity.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role primarily uses a computer for the completion of work.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role. The employee is frequently required to use a keyboard and to sit for long periods of time.
