Job Overview:
We are seeking a retired government civil engineer with extensive experience in Gujarat's government sector, including GIDC, GWSSB, R&B;, GUDM, GWIL, GIDB, or SSNNL. The candidate will provide expertise in project estimation, tender analysis, scheduling, and overall project management for pipeline laying, civil works, ESR construction, pump systems, water supply networks, and road projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project estimates and cost analyses for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct tender evaluations, bid comparisons, and recommend contract awards.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely execution of works.
- Oversee the implementation of pipeline laying, ESR construction, pump installation, water supply networks, and road projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Leverage knowledge of government processes to facilitate permits and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or administrative challenges.
- Review and approve technical designs, plans, and documentation.




- Prepare and present periodic project progress and financial reports.
- Has good relationships with government officers, enabling smooth coordination for project approvals and processes

Qualifications:

- Retired civil engineer with experience in organizations like GIDC, GWSSB, R&B;, GUDM, GWIL, GIDB, or SSNNL.
- Proven expertise in estimation and cost analysis for infrastructure projects.
- Extensive experience with pipeline projects, civil works, ESR construction, pump systems, water supply networks, and road construction.
- Solid knowledge of government tendering, approval processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Well-connected across the civil sector, ensuring access to key stakeholders and resources essential for project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
