About the Role

Alphonso Media is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive who is passionate about organic growth and stays up to date with the latest search trends, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive on-page SEO for client websites.

Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.

Optimise websites for Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, and PageSpeed.

Implement structured data (Schema Markup) and improve website architecture.

Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis.

Create SEO-friendly content briefs and optimise existing content.

Build and execute internal linking strategies.

Monitor website rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Optimise websites for AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to improve visibility in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Collaborate with developers and content writers to implement SEO recommendations.





Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.

Required Skills

2.5–4 years of proven SEO experience.

Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO.

Strong understanding of Technical SEO.

Experience with AEO and GEO optimisation strategies.

Good understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimisation.

Hands-on experience with:

Google Search Console

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Screaming Frog

Ahrefs / SEMrush

PageSpeed Insights

Knowledge of Schema Markup and structured data.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript from an SEO perspective.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO.

Experience with AI-powered SEO workflows and prompt engineering is a plus.
