Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – FLC Sales will be responsible for driving admissions and revenue targets for the School of Business & Finance (SBF) across all Finprov Learning Centres in Kerala. This is a field-intensive leadership role requiring regular travel to all centres to coach teams, monitor performance, resolve challenges, and ensure operational excellence in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver the Kerala sales targets for all School of Business & Finance programs.
- Lead centre-wise sales execution through Centre Heads and Career Counsellors, ensuring consistent achievement of sales KPIs, improving conversion performance, and implementing strategies to maximize admissions across the state.
- Conduct regular centre visits to review performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching.
- Plan and coordinate both ofline and online marketing activities to support admissions across Kerala centres.
- Ensure timely execution of centre-specific promotional campaigns,



branding activities, and admission events.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with colleges to drive institutional sales of add-on and blended learning programs.
- Work with Centre Heads to create and maintain a robust pipeline of college partnerships within their respective regions.

Required Qualifications

· Any Bachelor's degree

· 3 to 6 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or Service industries.

· Experience managing multi-location sales teams is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
