- Create and maintain Excel data, pivot tables
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
- Negotiate repayment terms with customers
- Coordinate efforts to collect debts with field executive
Required skills
- Solid communication skills
- Persuasive abilities
- Ability to understand customers' financial situations
- Ability to switch communication style based on social cues
Salary
- Based on Experience and individual skills
Education
- Any degree can apply
- If you are an DRA ( Debt Recovery Agent) completed person will be more preferable
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
