Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction and the ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in Government/CPWD/PWD projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
