Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all horticultural operations including landscaping, garden maintenance, and plant care.
- Develop and implement seasonal planting plans in line with environmental and aesthetic requirements.
- Supervise and train gardening staff to ensure high standards of horticultural practices.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest control, irrigation, and fertilization programs.
- Coordinate with landscape architects and vendors for design and supply of plants and materials.
- Ensure timely maintenance of lawns, parks, indoor/outdoor green areas, and vertical gardens.
- Maintain horticultural tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and upkeep.
- Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain standards and identify improvements.




- Prepare reports on garden performance, plant health, and operational updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to manage teams and horticultural operations independently
- Familiarity with sustainable and organic gardening practices
- Valuable organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities
- Awareness of local environmental regulations and climate conditions

Required Qualifications: BSE, Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in horticulture or landscape management)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
