Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting:

Oversee the day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Statutory Compliance:

Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's adherence to all statutory requirements.

Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies.

Costing Analysis:

Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing cost structures.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Present financial information to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Audit Support:

Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits.





Address audit queries and implement recommendations for process improvement.

Budgeting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for any discrepancies.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

Experience in managing compliances and interacting with regulatory bodies.

Proficient in cost accounting and analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
