We are hiring a PG Attendant to manage the daily operations of our PG property and ensure a smooth, protected, and comfortable experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle resident check-in and check-out.
- Maintain resident records, room allocation, and key/access card records.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance work.
- Inspect rooms and common areas regularly.
- Assist residents with day-to-day requirements and resolve basic issues.
- Report maintenance, security, or facility-related concerns to management.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or above.
- Experience in PG, hostel, hotel, or property management preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and responsible attitude.
