Job Title: Senior AC Technician

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior AC Technician to lead complex installations, oversee service teams, and handle advanced diagnostic and repair tasks. This senior role demands deep knowledge in AC technology, customer interaction, and hands-on leadership in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced installation and servicing of AC systems (Split, Cassette, Ductable, VRF, etc.)

Lead and supervise junior technicians during in office jobs

Troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical, refrigerant, or system-level faults

Conduct final quality checks and customer handover after installation/service

Coordinate with service managers and provide detailed reports

Train and guide team members on updated service protocols

Maintain tools,



safety procedures, and professional conduct on every site

Candidate Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in AC installation and servicing

Expertise in handling inverter hi-wall units cassette unit, VRF systems, Ductable units, and advanced inverter technologies

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Ability to lead a team and manage service schedules

Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory
