Job Description:

Aditya Vidyashram Residential School, a prestigious CBSE institution in Puducherry, is looking for an experienced and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Physics and the ability to teach high school students (Grades 11–12) effectively, preparing them for academic success in their board exams and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics subjects for Grades 11 and 12, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, interactive, and focused on students’ understanding of core Physics concepts.
- Design and implement assignments, projects, and assessments to evaluate and reinforce student learning.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
- Organize and conduct practical sessions in the science labs, demonstrating experiments and ensuring safe practices.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Physics topics, including mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics, thermodynamics, etc.




- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and examination pattern for Physics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students with challenging concepts.
- Ability to conduct practical sessions and demonstrate experiments.
- Robust classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to explore scientific concepts.

Qualifications:

- Essential: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or a related field.
- Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Physics or a related field.
- Mandatory: B.Ed. degree (as per CBSE norms).

Salary:

As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
