Key Responsibilties:
- Content Writing & Structuring

· Create, edit, and refine course content for cybersecurity programs (beginner to advanced levels)

· Convert technical material into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop modules, lessons, quizzes, and assignments

· Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and instructional design

- LMS Content Upload & Formatting

· Upload course materials (videos, PDFs, quizzes, labs) into the LMS

· Format content as per LMS standards (modules, lessons, navigation flow)

· Ensure proper tagging, categorization, and accessibility of content

· Maintain version control and content updates

- LMS Configuration & Management

· Configure LMS features such as courses, user roles, permissions, and access controls

· Set up learning paths, assessments, certifications, and gamification elements

· Manage user onboarding, enrolments, and progress tracking

· Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with technical teams/vendors

- Learning Experience Optimization

· Ensure smooth user experience and intuitive course navigation

· Implement best practices in e-learning design and instructional flow

· Support integration of interactive elements (labs, simulations, quizzes, AI tools)

· Monitor learner engagement and suggest improvements





- Reporting & Maintenance

· Track learner progress, completion rates, and performance metrics

· Generate reports for internal teams

· Regularly audit LMS content for accuracy and quality

· Ensure data integrity and platform performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Media, or related field

· 2–5 years of experience in LMS management, content writing, or e-learning

· Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, LearnDash etc.)

· Strong content writing and editing skills (technical writing preferred)

· Understanding of instructional design and e-learning standards

· Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or similar standards is a plus

· Basic technical knowledge (HTML/CSS, content formatting) is advantageous

· Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Cybersecurity or IT training domain

· Familiarity with hands-on labs, virtual labs, or cyber range platforms

· Experience with gamification and interactive learning tools
