* Key Responsibilities

- Guest check-in/out: Handle arrivals, departures, and room assignments efficiently.
- Reservations management: Process bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Customer service: Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and resolve guest inquiries or complaints.
- Payment handling: Manage billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain guest records, update databases, and prepare daily reports.
