Minimum experienced 10-12 years in FMCG Products
And comprehensive minimum experience as an ASM for 7-13 years in FMCG Products
Have the deep knowledge if of the 02 to 04 States chosen
Can work under Pressure
Have Zeal to complete the target in time
Can handle SO or SR under them
Have got market potentiality to appoint new Super Stockist (SS) or Distributor/s
Must have an good marketing strategy
Can implement current scheme without giving and load to company
