Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Ascent ENT Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment. Candidates with prior hospital experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries and maintain salary records.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning,



and cost control.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
- Hospital experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
