Job Summary

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, monitoring labour productivity, and controlling material usage at the construction site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
- Carry out site checks including:
- Column marking
- Rangat
- Diagonal dimensions
- Mortar thickness
- Alignment and measurements
- Maintain proper line, level, and plumb in:
- Shuttering work
- Brickwork
- Plaster work
- Other civil activities
- Ensure timely deshuttering of materials as per project schedule and safety requirements.
- Take proper care of company materials available at site, especially:
- Shuttering material
- Tiles
- Steel
- Kheela and other consumables
- Before work sign-off, verify line, level, and plumb using site tools such as:
- Phanti
- Plumb
- Level tube
- Level pipe
- Other measuring instruments




- Submit daily work progress report to the Execution Engineer including:
- Work completed
- Labour deployment details
- Site progress status
- Plan next day activities and arrange required materials as per instructions of the Execution Engineer.
- Monitor and control wastage of construction materials at site.
- Ensure proper coordination with labour, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and housekeeping standards.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Relevant Experience in Civil Construction

Experience

- 3+ Years in Building & Construction Projects

Preferred Industry

Building Construction / Infrastructure / Residential & Commercial Projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
