What you'll do
- Call customers daily for order confirmations and delivery updates
- Follow up persistently on outstanding payments and maintain our collections tracker
- Coordinate with the operations and BD team to resolve escalations
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Tamil and basic English
- 1+ year in telecalling, collections, or customer support
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and structured daily reporting
- Based in Chennai
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
