We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and oversee real estate project accounting. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, knowledge of taxation, and experience in handling financial reporting within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,417.74 per month
