Experience Required:

1 – 4 Years

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA preferred
- Experience in manpower or labour hiring will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an active and responsible Labour Recruiter who can handle blue-collar and manpower recruitment for factory, site, and operational requirements. The candidate should be able to source labour, coordinate with contractors, conduct interviews, and fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end labour and manpower recruitment
- Source candidates through field visits, local references, contractors, job portals, and social media
- Coordinate with site supervisors and department heads for manpower requirements
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Maintain labour database and recruitment records
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining
- Arrange documents and onboarding formalities




- Coordinate with HR team for attendance and joining status
- Build strong connections with local manpower suppliers and agencies
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies

Required Skills:

- Positive communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and basic English
- Knowledge of labour hiring process
- Ability to work under pressure and complete hiring targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Smart, active, and field-work oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in factory or construction manpower hiring
- Strong local network for labour sourcing
- Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday
