IT Administrator – Firewall, Windows Server & Active Directory

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Firewall Administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, user administration, network security, and end-user support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and access permissions.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security.
- Monitor server health, system performance, and event logs.
- Perform regular server maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage file servers, shared folders, and user permissions.
- Support LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.




- Perform system backup and recovery operations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and User Management.
- Experience in Firewall Administration (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Palo Alto, or similar).
- Valuable understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
- Experience with Microsoft 365/Outlook administration is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of backup solutions and antivirus management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
