- Odoo Developer

With a strong presence in India and a proven track record across various projects, we specialize in connecting consumers with businesses through online directories, listings, operator-assisted phone services, web designing, software development, and consultancy services. We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer, either with a minimum of 1 year of experience or a fresher who has completed relevant training or certification. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ERP development, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and customize applications using Odoo (OpenERP) to meet client requirements.
- Work with Odoo modules such as CRM, Accounts, Sales, and HR to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of MVC architecture, web technologies, and web services to build scalable and effective systems.




- Interact with clients to analyze their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation for developed applications and modules.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new modules for OpenERP clients.
- Stay updated with the latest features and developments in Odoo (Odoo 16, Odoo 17, and beyond).

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Odoo 16 or Odoo 17.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration and module development.
- Knowledge of Python programming is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM, Accounts, Sales, and HR modules.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Odoo Developer OR completion of a relevant Odoo development course.
- A degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech, B.E., BSc, or BCA.
