Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.

- Handle finalization of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items in a timely manner.

- Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in line with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.

- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders/clients for accounting queries and clarifications.

- Assist with internal and external audits by providing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving accounting workflows and controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting.

- Proven experience in Record to Report (R2R)



accounting and finalization of accounts.

- Solid understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.

- Strong reconciliation skills (bank, balance sheet, intercompany, etc.).

- Proficiency with accounting software/ERPs (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with US stakeholders.

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent; CA-Inter/CMA background is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
