Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to help achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 06–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall methodologies).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or other business analysis and project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI dashboards is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES

- Business Analysis
- Analyze current business processes, workflows,



and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and align on solutions.
- Support solution design and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Develop process models, wireframes, and documentation to support project understanding.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to existing processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations.

- Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables align with project goals and organizational strategy.
