Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations

- Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain records of project expenditures and budget utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on finance-related matters.

2. Data Management & MIS

- Maintain finance and operational databases with high levels of accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Compile, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.
- Ensure timely updating and integrity of organizational data.

3. Budgeting & Reporting

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic budget monitoring reports.
- Track project expenses against approved budgets.




- Prepare variance reports and highlight significant deviations.
- Support preparation of donor, project, and management reports as required.

4. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and organizational data.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate with project teams to collect financial and operational information.
- Work closely with HR, Procurement, and Administration for financial documentation.
- Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
