To independently execute internal audit assignments and support governance, risk, and control initiatives, including drafting of SOPs, RACMs, and IFC documentation, in line with regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute risk-based internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance processes.
- Conduct process walkthroughs, identify key risks, and evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with business processes and control requirements.
- Prepare Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs), including risk identification, control mapping, and control ownership.
- Support IFC documentation and testing, including narratives, flowcharts,
and control testing documentation.
- Perform transaction-level testing and data analysis based on defined audit scope and materiality.
- Document audit workpapers, observations, and draft audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with process owners, IT, and management for information gathering, validation, and issue closure.
- Track audit observations and validate implementation of agreed management action plans.
