About the Role

Indian Chemical Corporation is looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead and manage complete factory operations. The candidate should have a strong manufacturing background and be capable of independently handling end-to-end plant operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, cost control, and timely dispatches.

Note: This position is strictly for candidates from Manufacturing/Factory industries only. Candidates from Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Warehouse-only, Retail, E-commerce, or Distribution backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day factory operations.
- Oversee Production, Store, Dispatch, Inventory, and Manpower.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per customer requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate factory staff and shop-floor teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs,



quality standards, and process discipline.
- Maintain plant safety, statutory compliance, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing/Factory Operations.
- Experience in Chemical, Paint, Solvent, Lubricant, Resin, Adhesive, Pharma, Plastic, Packaging, or other Process Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong experience in managing complete factory operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Production, Store, Dispatch, Inventory Control, Manpower Management, and Plant Administration.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices, statutory compliance, and quality systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

Preferred Location

- Candidates from Bhopal or Mandideep will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
