- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, including US payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and India payroll platforms
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations in the US (e.g., IRS guidelines) and India (e.g., Income Tax Act, GST, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Create, review, and issue accurate and timely client invoices based on contracts, timesheets, and other data.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and address billing discrepancies.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
