Job Summary

Lead Exchange Online migration and integration activities. • Manage mailbox, distribution group, shared mailbox, and resource mailbox migrations. • Design and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, and messaging configurations. • Support tenant consolidation, coexistence, and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. • Develop PowerShell automation and operational reporting. • Create technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation plans. • Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex Exchange Online issues.
