* Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales, lead generation, or customer engagement, following the provided script and guidelines.
* Present products/services in a persuasive and informative manner.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
* Generate and maintain reports related to call outcomes and performance metrics.
* Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
* Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.
