Role Summary:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.

* Ensure accurate dispensing of medications as per prescriptions.

* Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage expiries, and handle inventory control.

* Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of medicines and consumables.

* Ensure accurate billing and support pharmacy-related audits.

* Maintain compliance with drug laws, hospital policies,



and safety standards.

* Train and guide pharmacy staff for efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

* D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.

* 4-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of drugs, inventory management, and billing.

* Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
