We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled quality control engineer who has knowledge of all dimensional inspection & all types of measuring instruments used in industry like Vernier caliper, micrometer bore-gauges etc. and different types of material testing like DT & NDT Testing.
Key Responsibility
1.Primary hob role is dimensional inspection of all parts as per drawings & by using necessary measuring instruments.
2.Perform quality related inspection like raw material inspection in process inspection, part-inspection visual inspection final-inspection , vendor inspection.
3.Ensure raw material and finished parts & products meet specification through meticulous examinations and precise measuring tools.
4.communication identified defect & dimension variation promptly supervisor and collaborate on correction action for timely resolution.
5.Analyze quality related customer concerns identify root causes and collaborate on solution to prevent recurrences.
Quality & Documentation
1.Maintain details records of inspections, noting deviation or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control reports like raw material inspection, part inspection, Rejection report, Final inspection, corrective action & preventive actions report. quality reports.
Qualification
Education - Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Experience - Fresher - 1 year in quality control or related.
Salary
Based on interview performance & Experience of field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
