Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

The HRBP will act as the key liaison between the HR department and business units, aligning human resources practices with operational goals. This role requires a blend of strategic employee management and hands-on operational execution, focusing on attendance, leave, rostering, incentives, and joining formalities, while leveraging data to drive insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
