About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager who can build a strong online presence, create engaging content, and execute impactful digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, running campaigns, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for better ROI.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to create engaging marketing assets.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages,



and customer queries.
- Generate creative ideas for brand awareness, lead generation, and audience growth.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Experience with social media planning, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
